Development review
District 1 technical gate passed; release review remains open.
The District 1 road and routing audit passed its scoped technical checks for direction, topology, rendering, route behavior, and preservation. All five of five rail-grade records are resolved, and Pilot A technical acceptance passed. Mac-capable release validation and owner visual review remain separate, pending release-review steps.
This is an internal development milestone, not a consumer version or public release. Corcinga City™ remains unavailable in app stores.
